Trunkwell House Wedding Photography

Being a Trunkwell House wedding photographer is always a great experience. I have now photographed quite a few wedding at the beautiful Berkshire wedding venue. And I have to say it just gets better and better. Trunkwell House is such a perfect wedding venue for anyone looking for a place to get married in Berkshire. It has lovely rooms very stylishly decorated and a beautiful staircase surrounded by mirrors all around. Just perfect as a backdrop to Berkshire wedding photography.

The grounds of Trunkwell House also have a lot to offer. Beautiful Berkshire countryside and rolling hills are great for a sunset couple shoot photography. And the marquee is just perfect for wedding ceremonies as well as wedding breakfasts and the wedding disco until the late hours!

Trunkwell House Wedding Photos

As a Berkshire wedding photographer, I approached the recent wedding at the Trunkwell House in my standard Blue Lily Weddings Approach. The goal was simply to capture two people in love and their connection. At the same time, the focus of wedding photography on the day was to tell a beautiful and complete wedding day story through my photographs. All without staging or intrusion. Simply letting the bride and groom as well as their wedding guests enjoy their day and capturing on camera those fleeting moments of joy and connection.

But don’t take my word on it. Here is a short selection of wedding photographs from this beautiful summer Trunkwell House Wedding!

Wedding Day Story at the Trunkwell House

This summer Berkshire wedding at the Trunkwell House was simply a dream to document. A gorgeous bride and groom so much in love. And surrounded by such a lovely group of family and wedding guests. Simply a receipt for a stunning wedding day.

What is so great about photographing a wedding at the Trunkwell House is that everything takes place in one beautiful place. This is so much better for me as a wedding photographer as I don’t have to worry about the logistics of travelling from getting ready location to the wedding ceremony location and then to the main wedding venue.

We started the Trunkwell House wedding photography on the day with a few photos of the bride getting ready. She was surrounded by her bridesmaids as well as the father of the bride. So a few wedding dress and makeup being applied photos and there was time for the wedding ceremony.

The ceremony took place in the outside lawn, which was just perfect for it with a lovely gazebo at the back and a beautiful wedding flower arch at the end of the aisle. The weather was on our side, even a touch too hot to my taste!

The wedding vows were beautiful, and after the exchange of the rings and first kiss, there was one of my favourite moments. Confetti while walking down the aisle as a husband and wife!

Wedding Reception at Trunkwell House

After the ceremony, it was time for the drinks reception and a few formal group photos. These are pretty much always a part of the wedding (a must for most mothers and fathers of the bride and groom).

Then we managed to sneak out for a few photos with the newlyweds. As the sun was still high up we went for a walk to the nearby woods to get some shade for better lighting for the pictures.

After that, there was a delicious wedding breakfast followed by the speeches. Starting with the father of the bride, followed by the groom himself and finished off with a hilarious speech by the three best men.

The rest of the Trunkwell House wedding day flowed in a joyful and fun atmosphere. There was the cutting of the cake, the first dance and we even managed to sneak out for a few photographs around the golden hour with the bride and groom.

Thank you so much Kayal and Paul, for letting me document your beautiful day!
