Flick and Tom Newbridge Farm Countryside Wedding

Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer

Flick and Tom’s wedding day at Newbridge Farm in Oxfordshire was definitely one to remember! Where to start? Flick and Tom, Tom and Flick. What an amazing and genuine couple. Both with background in psychology which may make some nervous. But these thoughts quickly disappear as soon as you meet them. So friendly and likeable they make you feel at ease in no time.

The day, beautifully planned by lovelauraweddingplanning.co.uk, started at the bridal preparations which took place at Rose Revived in Witney, a cosy pub right by a lazy river running through countryside meadows. The makeup and hair stylist from laurenwheeler.co.uk beuautifully applied their minor touch ups. And then Flick put on a gorgeous dress from oxfordweddingdresses.co.uk.

After that it was off to Standlake St. Giles church for a few shots of Tom and his groomsmen and then the beautiful ceremony itself.

The wedding reception and wedding breakfast took place right by Rose Revived, in Newbridge Farm,  just past the bridge on the other side of the river in a bell tent and its surroundings right by the river . The bride and groom arrived through the river on a stylish pedalo boat. It was lovely to see that so many friends and family members helped out with the planning, set-up and decorations. The beautiful flowers were from thegardenoxford.co.uk. The wedding theme was all around the couple’s big passions which are festivals and travelling. Mouth watering street asian food was a big hit with all the wedding guests. And the groom himself made the photo flower framed boards. The speeches were simply full of laughter and an occasional tears. After that it was lighting the bonfires and baking marshmallows, with wood oven wedding pizza following shortly after.

I cannot thank the wedding couple enough for making me feel like a guest and almost forgetting about that I was actually at work. The spectacular fireworks from flashpointfireworks.co.uk simply topped the evening. What a great finale it was!
