Ayse and Ahmet at Danson House and Greenwich Park, London

London, Greenwich wedding photographer

Recently I had the pleasure of being a wedding photographer in Greenwich in London as a part of Ayse and Ahmet’s special day.

The young couple were absolutely stunning and natural. Our time together simply passed by as we were old friends strolling through gorgeous surroundings of some of the most beautiful London’s landmarks.

The day started off at Danson House, an award winning beautiful Grade I listed Palladian villa. After quickly going through formalities accompanied by closest family (with adorable 4 year old nephew as an official photo-bomber of the day) we set off to the surrounding area for the first part of our photoshoot. The forecast predicted rain on the day but it was more of a drizzle and didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves with occasional break to wipe the raindrops of the camera.

After a while we decided to move to another location and since Greenwich park was only 15 minutes away the choice was simple. National Maritime Museum and Old Royal Naval College made for stunning backdrop, as well as University of Greenwich and high rise skyscrapers of Canary Wharf on the other side of the river. The highlight of the day however were the kids we passed by on our way up to Greenwich Observatory which agreed to participate in one of the shots. We had so much fun we even went for the ‘blow away groom’ shot with spot colour. Just couldn’t resist it!

We finished of by the Thames and just in time before a heavy downpour and gale force winds!

Ayse looked so beautiful on the day and Ahmet was equally as handsome. But don’t take my word for it :)
